Booking a ride

To book a ride please call our bookings secretary on 07961 344545.

We strongly recommend that all rides should be booked in advance. This avoids disappointment as you may otherwise arrive to find that someone is already using the cycle that suits your needs best.

We run regular sessions with volunteers on hand to assist you on Saturday mornings from 11.00am to 1.00pm and on Sunday mornings from 10.00am to 1:00pm.These sessions operate year round with the exception of Christmas week and the weekend of the Hampton Court Flower show, when traffic congestion in the area causes too much disruption to make a visit any fun.

If you wish to book to ride at another time during the week this is usually possible, but remember that all rides should be booked in advance with our bookings secretary at the number above. Rides can usually be arranged during normal office hours on weekdays, and access to the cycle store can be organised thanks to the cooperation of the Royal Parks Office. So, if you are confident in the use of the cycles you can go for a ride in the park on your chosen cycle with your pilot when there are no volunteers available.

If you are new to Companion Cycling and would like to try out the bikes then call us on the above number and we will arrange a mutually convenient time when you can come and meet us and have a look at the cycles and maybe have a trial ride.
