There are two ways to book a ride:
1> Call our office on 020 8979 6061. The office is normally staffed between 10am and 1pm seven days a week. If calling outside these hours then please leave a voice-mail – specifying a contact number for us to respond to – and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
2> Email us using our Bookings email – specifying a contact phone number for us to respond to.
We strongly recommend that all rides should be booked in advance. This avoids disappointment as you may otherwise arrive to find that someone is already using the cycle that best suits your needs.
Please note that we charge £2.00 for the use of each of the special needs bikes. We don’t charge for accompanying parents or carers.
If you haven’t ridden with us before then it is worth visiting the ‘our cycles‘ page to get an idea of which style of bike might be best suited to your needs.
If you would like to try out the bikes, then call us on the above number and we will arrange a mutually convenient time when you can come and meet us and have a look at the cycles and maybe have a trial ride.
We are happy to take bookings from groups of riders, for example from special needs schools, care homes or day centres. Click here to find out more about group rides.
These run on Monday to Friday, and are available between 10:00 and 13:00 and sessions normally last for 1 hour, but please remember that all rides should be booked in advance. However we can often fit in a last minute booking so it is always worth a try, but please call us first.
(Due to current Covid restrictions) our currently availability is as follows:
Saturday: 10:30 to 11:30 or 11:30 to 12:30
Sunday: 10:00 to 11:00 or 11:00 to 12:00
Other Times (by special arrangement)
If you wish to book to ride at another time during the week (e.g. late afternoon or early evening in the summer) this may be possible, but remember that all rides MUST be booked in advance either by emailing us or calling us at the number above. This enables us to ensure that there are volunteers available to look after you when you visit us for your ride.
